VIDEOGRAPHY

PRE-PRODUCTION
Most projects begin with limited input — typically the vehicle name, the objective (e.g. for web, trade show, internal documentation, or government submission), and a general timeline, if any.
From there, the entire production process is initiated:
-
Establishing the production plan based on project scope and intended use
-
Coordinating with internal departments to align timing, logistics, and vehicle availability
-
Scouting and securing appropriate filming locations
-
Preparing equipment, setting creative/technical direction
-
Adapting to operational realities, including last-minute changes or resource limitations
Pre-production is treated as a critical phase to ensure the filming phase runs without disruption to ongoing operations.

PRODUCTION
PRODUCTION
Filming is carried out with minimal oversight, often across multiple departments and facility zones. If the vehicle is not ready or behind schedule, things handled directly — from prepping and moving, to washing or assembling visual components when required.
-
Executing solo or assisted multi-location shoots.
-
Managing all equipment and technical setup.
-
Operating in active manufacturing environments with minimal disruption.
-
Maintaining safety, efficiency, and alignment with project objectives.
The ability to operate independently was earned through consistent delivery

POST-PRODUCTION
Once footage is secured, it enters a structured post-production workflow:
-
Organizing and backing up all assets
-
Editing according to project type and platform requirements
-
Supervising external editors if project requires
-
Adding sound design, motion graphics, graphic overlays, color correction, and other visual effects where needed
-
Formatting deliverables for multi-platform use (web, social, presentation, print)
-
Submitting final cuts for review and internal approval by the designated project manager or requesting department head
Digital assets are as valuable as physical ones — tools that can be adjusted, reused, and deployed to meet evolving business goals.

Case Study: Armored vehicles airlift
Objective: Document a joint Canada–U.S. military airlift operation to Haiti, coordinated to deliver INKAS® Armored vehicles during civil unrest.
Execution:
-
Deployed solo as embedded media during active mission
-
Flew aboard Royal Canadian Air Force C-17 Globemaster III aircraft — two round trips into and out of Haiti
-
Operated under hostile conditions
-
Captured full-cycle mission footage: staging, loading, transit, deployment, and offload
-
Produced photos and a short documentary used by executives and stakeholders to communicate the mission’s impact, execution capability, and on-ground experience.
Photography

Basic Photoshop, Lightroom, were self-taught, allowing efficient progress on some projects.
100+ armored units undergone detailed photoshoot
When needed, I transitioned into studio-style photography — wines, safes, metal products in order to achieve magazine-level quality. Where film production degree came in handy.
